Using the busy hustle and bustle of a market as inspiration, Design Consultants Tricon created a bespoke concept for the Google Googlers and worked with C&C on the installation enabling Tricon’s vision to become a reality.
Google London’s St Giles building houses Google’s UK sales and media hub and with more than 1,500 employees on site, the demand for onsite catering is high. Project Manager Mark Roxburgh explains, “Ensuring the dining outfit was just as futuristic and funky as the rest of the building was integral to the project. Google wanted anything but a conventional commercial kitchen!”
