C&C Catering Equipment Ltd and Contracts Director Paul Parry were faced with a tough task when they were selected to install a kitchen for Reed Smith Richards Butler. Up against tight deadlines and strict hours of work, project manager Mark Roxburgh and all at the company produced an excellent project to live up to the standards expected of C&C Catering Equipment Ltd.
Specific delivery requirements differed from the usual time allowed for deliveries and forced C&C to deliver the equipment into a limiting and unfavourable delivery period of 6pm until midnight. Eight 7 and a half ton vehicles were used to deliver all fabrication and equipment. Mark Roxburgh was there throughout the delivery and installation and attended all run up meetings to ensure that the project met the expectations of the customer.
